About the contest

Task

We are looking for ideas/ concepts/ solutions for the following categories:

1. Better Network

Challenge: How could the network bank of the future look like?

Description: RLB as of today is already more than a bank. Within its network exists a number of diverse services that could add value to the day to day activity oft he corporate client. The question is: What tools and services should RLB provide on its platform to support and facilitate the day-to-day business of the customer? Maybe solutions already exist in other industries.

A network also consists of more than just one player to serve the customers. How can other partners be included in the network to deliver their services straight to other customers.

2. Better Banking

Challenge: Which services would simplify the day-to-day banking-related operations of a corporate customer?

Description: Banking remains the most important business of RLB. Corporate customers use many services in their daily business, such as legitimation of transactions, identification services, or master data management. In our private environment we also use many services that are convenient, fast, digital, personal, safe, and trustworthy.

3. Customer Centricity

Challenge: How can the bank intensify its customer relations and its understanding of their customers (Communication/ Interaction/ Predictive Analytics)?

Description: It becomes more and more important to know your customer well in order to deliver personalized content and services that fit the needs of the situation. How can RLB obtain evaluable customer insights, e.g. Where are customers situated in the customer lifecycle? What kind of products have they purchased in the past, respectively, are they using at the moment? As everything becomes digitalized, the question remains, how customer intimacy can be preserved in the digital realm and better integrated into the analog customer interaction.
