Context

The department for corporate clients of the Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich (RLB) is challenging itself in how it interacts with its customers and which services it offers to them. In the longterm, most services will be concentrated on a platform which also enables the bank to create a B2B (business to business) market between them and their customers, as well as a C2C platform directly among their customers. Already today, the bank unifies banking services, insurance services, tourist offices, catering, and estate agencies under their roof. Therefore, the bank is looking for disruptive innovation concepts, both analog and digital, that can add value to the platform and their customer interactions.

In detail, their challenge can be subdivided into 3 categories, which are explained individually below: Better Network, Better Banking, Customer Centricity. From the HYVE community the bank would like to receive new ideas, concepts, or maybe even solutions to each of the sub-challenges. What solutions exist in the B2C (business to consumer) market that could be transferred to the B2B (corporate client) world of the bank?
